PADI Rescue Diver + Emergency First Response (EFR) Program

This combined program includes the PADI Rescue Diver Course together with the Emergency First Response (EFR) Course, providing participants with the essential skills to effectively respond to diving and non-diving emergencies with confidence and professionalism.

Part One: PADI Rescue Diver Course

The PADI Rescue Diver Course is considered one of the most valuable and rewarding diving courses, focusing on accident prevention, emergency management, and improving a diver’s awareness and confidence underwater.

The course is divided into two main parts:

  • Theoretical Training:
Conducted during evening hours throughout the weekdays to fit participants’ work schedules. The academic section covers rescue concepts, accident management, emergency response procedures, and problem-solving techniques both on the surface and underwater.
  • Practical Training:
Begins with two days of confined water training in a swimming pool near our branches in Jerusalem and Qalansawe, where participants practice essential rescue skills and emergency exercises.

The training then continues in the open waters of the Red Sea during the weekend (Friday & Saturday) for two additional days, where students complete the required rescue scenarios in a real and controlled diving environment.

Part Two: Emergency First Response (EFR) Course

The EFR course is designed to teach participants how to respond quickly and effectively during medical emergencies.

The course includes practical training in:

  • First aid emergency scenarios
  • Responding to medical emergencies
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
  • Automated External Defibrillator (AED) use
  • Managing injuries and critical situations until professional medical help arrives

The EFR course lasts for two days, with 6 training hours per day, and includes hands-on practical exercises and realistic emergency scenarios under the supervision of certified instructors.

Program Prerequisites:

  • Participants must hold a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certification (or equivalent).

All our courses are conducted under the supervision of local instructors with international-level experience and according to the highest international safety and training standards.
