PADI Equipment Specialist Course

The PADI Equipment Specialist Course is one of the most useful courses for every diver, helping participants understand how scuba equipment works, how to properly care for it, and how to identify and manage minor equipment issues safely and effectively.

This course is designed to increase diver confidence in their equipment while improving knowledge of scuba gear and maintenance procedures, contributing to safer and more comfortable diving experiences.

Theoretical and practical instruction covering:

Understanding the components and functions of scuba diving equipment

Proper equipment care, cleaning, and storage

Basic preventive maintenance procedures

Identifying common equipment problems and handling minor issues

Assembly and disassembly of selected equipment components

Tips for choosing the right diving equipment

Hands-on practical sessions with scuba equipment under the supervision of professional instructors and equipment specialists.

This course does not include open water dives and focuses entirely on the technical and practical aspects of scuba diving equipment.

It is an excellent addition for divers who want to better understand and maintain their equipment while improving overall diving safety and confidence.

Course Prerequisites:

Participants must hold a PADI Open Water Diver certification (or equivalent).
